The scope of the Service Provider’s business includes:

  1. Providing the User with an offer for biometric photo editing and printing services.
  2. Allowing the User to upload photos for editing, purchase Products, and receive them either in digital form via email or as printed photos delivered by post (“Product Delivery”).
  3. Guiding Users through the process of obtaining a photo retrieval code from the Finnish permit administration’s photo server at https://lupakuvienvastaanotto.fi.

The Service does not require registration, and browsing the website is free of charge. Costs are incurred only when the User purchases Products. The Service Provider’s offer and pricing may be subject to change.

§2. Eligibility for Use

By using Easykuva.com, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the service.
  • You will use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • You own or have the necessary permissions for any photos or materials you upload.

§3. User Responsibilities

When using Easykuva.com, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for delivery purposes.
  • Avoid uploading content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights.
  • Refrain from tampering with or attempting to disrupt the website’s operations.

Easykuva reserves the right to refuse or cancel services for violations of these terms.

§4. Service Limitations

  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive to meet biometric standards, compliance with specific requirements (e.g., for passports or permits) is ultimately the responsibility of the user.
  • No Affiliation with lupakuvienvastaanotto.fi: Easykuva provides guidance for retrieving codes from https://lupakuvienvastaanotto.fi/, but we are not affiliated with or responsible for the functionality of that service.
  • Data Retention: Uploaded photos and associated data are deleted from our servers after 1 month.

§5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices for services are displayed on the website and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order submission.
  • Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment providers.

§6. Working hours and Delivery Policy

  • Operating Hours: 07:00 to 19:00 on weekdays.
    Orders placed outside of these hours will not be processed until the next business day. 
    Easykuva does not process orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays in Finland
  • Postal Delivery: We will send printed photos to the address you provide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • Email Delivery: Digital photos will be sent to your specified email address.
  • Easykuva is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen events.

§7. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our services:

  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once processing has started.
  • Refunds may only be issued in cases where Easykuva fails to deliver the service as described.

To request a refund, contact us at contact@easykuva.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

§8. Intellectual Property

All content on Easykuva.com, including text, images, and software, is the property of Color The Minds Oy or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written consent.

Uploaded photos remain the property of the user but are processed solely for the purposes of the service.

§9. Liability Disclaimer

Easykuva.com operates on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Color The Minds Oy is not liable for errors, delays, or interruptions in service.
  • We are not responsible for the suitability of photos for official documents or other specific purposes.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

§11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from the use of Easykuva.com will be resolved in the competent courts of Espoo, Finland.
